Need Feedback on My New Website Design!

Hey, you know when you look at something too much and you think you are going to go crosseyed? Yeah, well I have hit that point with this new website design. And being an artist and a webdesigner I know there are all sorts of cool new tools and functionalities to go on a website. And of course I want mine to be cool. So, anyways, underneather are a couple of screenshots of the website designs. I am shooting for a website that showcases my work (to show people after shows etc), and that is the main point. Of course i am going to make things buyable. I am also going to include a functionality that is for users to upload their own comments and pictures and creative stuff, Thanks Mark! So, that is the main purpose.

And what i need from you, yes you..is to give me feedback. Have you heard of/seen really cool artist website things. Do you think things should be changed, if so what? I really want to get some collaborative ideas on this project before I start making it into html. I hope you guys like it and I look forward to hearing from you. Check it out! Elephant Aspen Trees:

To me these photos remind me of elephant eyes or skin. I guess that is why they call it skin that is on the aspen trees! Anyways, these were taken just right outside of my work here in the DTC. Taking good times during lunch break!
